In any case, while installing Singletrack, it also prompted me to uninstall a previous version of Melodyne, which I clicked 'ok' to. However, when I tried installing/ downloading Melodyne Essentials, it prompted me to create a new account on Celemony's website (which I did) and then prompted to install the latest version of Melodyne Essentials (called 'Singletrack.') This was probably the most confusing software installation I have ever done, because all of this happened in the middle of trying to install Melodyne Essentials. I went ahead and installed BFD and it seems to be working so far.
I recently registered PT through Avid and was given a link to download Celemony Melodyne Essentials, BFD Lite, and Torq LE for free. Running PT LE 8.0.4 on a Windows 7 laptop with MBox3 Pro.
